Cancellation Policy

Clients who wish to cancel or change an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours' notice to avoid full charges. We reserve the right to make a full charge for each missed appointment, late cancellation or change without a 24-hour notice
period. Should your appointment need to be cancelled, an alternative appointment will be offered.

We aim to be flexible and understand that often with neurological conditions, your symptoms may be unpredictable and it may not be possible to always notify us within 24 hours. Therefore should you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible so we are able to offer the appointment to somebody else.

Payments

Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash. Details for bank transfer will be available on your invoice. Invoicing can be sent weekly and/or monthly and will be discussed with you to determine which you would prefer. Treatment fees may be increased by Bianca Holthuis Physiotherapy at any time. We will give no less than 14 days notice prior to any increase.
