Do I need a referral?You do not need a referral from another specialist in order to access therapy services. You can self refer by contacting us using the details in the Contact Us section.

What is an assessment and why do I need one ?We have tried to cover the most frequent queries, but should yours not be listed here, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can discuss the best option for you.

How can I book an initial assessment?Contact us using the details in the Contact Us section to arrange an initial assessment at an appropriate time for you and your therapist.

How should I dress for my physiotherapy session?It is best to wear something that is comfortable and allows for full range of movement (avoid tight fitting clothing that will limit how much you are able to move e.g. jeans). Shorts, loose fitting trousers or leggings are recommended. A T shirt will be fine but please be aware, we may ask to roll this up to see your back if it is indicated. We will ensure to maintain dignity and privacy throughout assessments and treatments.

What about private health insurance?Bianca Holthuis Physiotherapy does not currently work with insurance companies. You will need to pay for your fees upfront and claim back for your insurance.

What areas do you cover?Treatment is available in areas of North-West, West and South-West London. We are able to travel outside the demarcated area at an additional fee on top of the standard fee. Please contact us to discuss additional charges.
